Finally, the loft conversion is underway. It's not the best time of year to be doing it, but it's taken eons to get the plans done etc.

Some of these pictures challenge your powers of spatial reasoning, so enjoy trying to work them out.

	There's a nice recessed arch in brickwork on the left-hand side of the attic, which we hope to make a feature of the room.
This is the old stove chimney. You'll have already met this in the utility room and the bathroom.
